A great addition to my routine

I first tried these when my Walmart Beauty box contained a sample. That's what the sample box is for every 3 months - to try things out! I have tried many things over the years. I noticed a difference the first day I took this gummie. My energy level felt better. My mood improved. It was really effective. After a few days I felt healthier. It seemed to also relieve a bit of my anxiety and stress. I was able to focus better. Honestly, just a good mixture. I feel one in the morning is a good dose for me. I don't find the price too expensive for what you get. I didn't feel the description was clear enough stating how many gummies are in a packet and how many packets are in the bag. They taste pretty good. I don't like taking pills so gummies are what I lean towards.

Simple and convenient

I take many health supplements and have for many years. I was looking for a good overall supplement for gut health that would be easy to travel with me. These fit the bill, so I took the chance. As I’ve learned to do with many supplements, I ingested these for more than 30 days and then I stopped. I noticed the difference within a couple of days of stopping. These definitely help my gut and, surprisingly, they also seem to help my energy and my cognition. Basically, this means I could tell a definite difference in those areas after I took a break from taking these. So now these are a staple in my daily diet and I’m very thankful that they come in little packages to make them very portable. I do recommend these gummies. The taste is not terrible but doesn’t really taste like candy the way that a lot of gummies do today. You know you’re taking a health supplement but it’s not exactly unpleasant taste. The size is relatively small, they’re easy to chew and be done with. So chewing these is not unpleasant, but it’s definitely not like candy.

Also, I often space mine out during the day. I’ll take two or three at a time.

One of my concerns about taking this product was that it would duplicate the excellent multivitamin that I’m already taking. So I worried about doubling up on multivitamin intake. My multivitamin intake had been working successfully for me for many years (as evidenced by my health response and positive medical checkups) and it was difficult for me to find a good multivitamin that actually worked for me. However, I’m glad to report that these do not seem to adversely duplicate my multivitamin - which seems weird to me, but it’s the fact. Ditto with mushroom supplements. I also take other mushroom supplements and I was concerned that these were duplicate those, but my body’s response seems to be very positive from adding this supplement to my already robust supplement regimen.

I’m now on a routine purchase of this product as an ongoing health supplement that improves my health in several areas.

Happy with my purchase

Not huge on reviews but I need to post. I am on the go so much it's hard to get the nutrients I need. For decades I was low on so many vitamins and minerals and tried everything- doctor rec/sublingual/brands etc. I've been in such a deficit for decades I thought well- there is nothing I can do. My last month blood panel revealed I was in such balance and THIS was the only thing I was doing. Because I travel so much I could not even order from their site...as soon as I got my blood work back I ordered from amazon...a little more but next day. I have NEVER posted about supplements and for the life of my life just think its smoke in mirrors...but my blood work coming back in the black for all the things I was lacking since I started this? what the what??? I hate gummies. Loathe them. These I could tolerate and I did the AG drinks which I loved...but even that I could not use with my on the go lifestyle. I have no idea HOW but will not question WHY...I'm healthier than I've ever been taking these silly gummy things. 2 of my doctors were surprised. I do need to 'cut back' on every day with them as I am now in an overage of D and B12 but these are pretty costly and I'm fine to tweak the dosage if it works. I'm beyond happy and will recommend to anyone with deficiencies under doctors care. I'd love to get all of my greens in a meal and sit down and have a life...that's not my life. I'm on the go. This was my choice and I literally cannot believe the benefits of a supplement...ever...like...I feel like I may need to retest my blood...how is this possible. It freekin' is...I get no money from this and its not freekin' cheap but being deficient then having your doc tell you you are in the black for deficiencies for decades...I never thought a supplement could actually SUPPLEMENT! So- get your doc on board - don't do it to spend your money. I'm so confident and happy with this product but know it is a very delicate balance with everyone's chemistry. I made a lot of mistakes but this one was a win and I'll be a customer forever. Grateful. Do your work/research on what you need and don't waste money on other things unless a doc advises!!! So very happy!

Good quality

I have been having issues with my gut for over 5 years. I have had attacks of severe abdominal pain, profuse sweating and bowel issues with nausea and vomiting after eating 3-4 times a week, didn’t matter what I ate. Never knew when I would have an attack. Went to Gastroenterology and told to drink more water. Stopped gluten, among other things and nothing made a difference. I started eating gruns daily and I may get a little tummy grumble or a little pain but nothing like I used to. I mean those attacks were unbearable and put me out for 1-2 days each time. Gruns are awesome!! They gave me my life back. I was afraid to go away or out to eat in fear of an attack. I can now go to a restaurant and eat without fear. I love Gruns!

Just what I was looking for

I’ve been really happy with Grüns Superfood Gummies! They taste great and make it incredibly easy to add more vitamins, minerals, and superfoods to my daily routine. I love the convenience of having everything in a gummy instead of taking a bunch of different supplements.

Convenient format

A family member suggested these to me and I am so glad she did! I just finished my first month and overall I feel more energized and regulated. The gummies are incredibly easy to chew, tasty (but gritty due to actual fruit + veggies being used), small and I actually look forward to them with breakfast. I also feel incredibly safe taking these because there isn't a wasteful overload of vitamin and mineral that I will just tinkle out in an hour.

A positive experience

If you can get past a slightly "grassy" Flintstone vitamin flavor, these gummies are a total game-changer.
I’ve had acid reflux for 25+ years, so traditional multivitamin pills are a nightmare for my stomach. My doctor insisted I take something, and these gummies have been a lifesaver. No bloating, no stomach pain, nothing. I'm menopausal and had hit a wall with my energy levels, but by day 4 on these, I actually bounced out of bed and had a happy morning commute—which hasn't happened in years! Easy to use

A friend told me about these gummies, and said: "This is probably the only health product I've ever eaten that made me feel good about the 'energy rush' I began to feel". For my own experience I can say that the gummies were easy to consume and good to taste - just as advertised. I do take other health products designed for work out stamina building, so I can't particularly vouch for my friend's "energy rush". But I believe they are a nice 'pick me up' when I take them first thing in the morning. I would recommend them confidently to help assist with any diet or health plan.

Would recommend

These nutritious and delicious green gummies are the perfect pack for a nutritional supplement. On a GLP-1? Having slow bowel movements and constipation? This product has been a godsend for me. The quality and taste are delightful. I only wish that the price was lower because I find myself having to have two packs per day. A bag of 28 packs only lasts a half of a month. But otherwise, if funds are not an issue, then I highly recommend this product.

I literally cannot Rave enough about these gummies! I have been on my glp1 journey now for a year and a half and the struggle is real when it comes to going to the bathroom and just feeling good in general. I was feeling as if I was deficient in certain things, no energy, not having regular bowel movements, just not feeling myself at all. I was extremely skeptical and reluctant to purchase these because of the price. However, if you take into consideration everything that you're getting from each pouch of gummies it's really not that expensive at all, you're getting your entire daily nutrients that you need an eight little gummies. I'm saying this because I have noticed it a complete 360 and how I feel, how regularly I go to the bathroom and the fact that they're also delicious. If you're on the fence about them and you're on a glp one and having issues with energy, using the bathroom, just not feeling great I highly suggest these gummies.

Absolutely incredible product. I could probably write a novel about how much I like these gummies but I feel like a "top 3 best features" might be more convincing and helpful to a curious shopper. I'm going to skip the obvious which is duh, they are tasty.

1) Grüns truly helped ELIMINATE my cravings for a popsicle/ice cream/chocolate bar or other sweet "before bed" treat. This feature seems to work like magic because within a week of eating a packet of these once a day after dinner I just witnessed my sweet tooth vanish.
2) If you are like me and thrive on a home made smoothie for breakfast, it can monotonous to always pack that full serving of greens into your berry blend. With my grüns I can switch up my smoothies and enjoy my greens "on the side" with my gummy bear sweet treat and not feel like I am cheating by skipping the kale that day.
3) I am in the hospital this week, recovering from surgery and I absolutely stuffed my hospital bag with my grüns. Hospital food, road trip snack stops and airplane meals all leave me feeling...bleh. The convenience of these single serving bears makes it super easy to get your multivitamins into your body even in the most inconvenient environments, and they make me feel good and reduce the bloating I experience wheh I'm eating unfamiliar meals.

5 stars- would reccomend to literally anyone who wants to improve their health and curb sugar cravings. Side note; you really need to consume one packet a day to experience proper sweet tooth reducing benefits in my experience.

I’ve tried several green and multivitamin supplements over the years, and most taste terrible or are hard to take consistently. These Grüns Adult Super Greens Multivitamin Gummies are a refreshing change. I was very hesitant about paying the high price for these greens Gummies. However, on a trip to H-E-B in Texas with my best friend of 50 years, I happen to see that they had a small package that contained three servings of the Gummies. The price was right, so I grabbed it so that I could try them before I buy them. This is definitely something that needs to be more widespread, so that people can try before they buy. It certainly made me a believer. I’ve been taking. Mounjarro, and my daily business came to a screeching halt. By the second package, I noticed that business was picking up, but very lightly. This morning on only my fifth serving, business not only picked up, but is back to normal. It is such a relief, all puns intended.

This is the second time I've purchased this product.
At first, I didn't entirely like the taste, but that's only because I was comparing it to Black Forest juicy fruit snacks which has a much more tart and intense flavor. Grüns is more subtle, but it grew on me over time and now I like them a lot.

As far as taste goes, 5 stars.
Effectiveness? I genuinely wouldn't be able to tell you unless maybe I got my blood work done to show direct before and after results. Is my energy better? Maybe a little bit. It operates as a snack more than a meal (duh, I know, but comparing this to Soylent, I kind of expect a multi vitamin and mineral food to fill me up more), so they aren't exactly filling. I like these over any other type of snack I might eat, that's for sure.

Because this is essentially a fruit smoothie in a gummy form, I'd imagine your body is much better able to actually absorb the nutrients within. I wish I could be more definitive, but I'm not a scientist and my nutrient levels from before Grüns wasn't worryingly low. So to me, this just gives me a mild boost in energy. Which I'll absolutely take.

Update: I work 10 hour shifts and these have been excellent for snacking in between breaks. It tides me over for another couple hours which is extremely helpful in getting through my day.

I'll definitely be a return customer.

These have a decent taste and are easy to chew. I’d recommend trying and I will be reordering.

Beware though, they make your toots smell like death. So if you crop dust at the office, you might get in trouble for endangering others. I’m serious it’s bad.

But that’s the price you pay for being healthy (I guess technically other people near you pay the price, but you’ll take friendly fire for sure.)

I've been taking these for a couple of months now to help fill in my nutritional gaps. I'm living with a rare disease, and my relationship with food is complicated. These gummies are super effective when used consistently. I feel more energized during the day and have noticed less hair loss. My nails are even stronger and thicker!

I look forward to taking these every morning! The taste is sweet and fruity, but every now and then, you'll get a random gummy that tastes metallic. (Just a heads up for those who are sensitive) Their texture is soft, but a little chewy.

Overall, I have no complaints. The little fruit chews are powerful, easy to work into the routine, and tasty.
